At the end of August, the University of Geneva officially welcomed the new EMBA UNIGE cohort for the 2026/2027 academic year. This year, 33 students representing 15 different nationalities have joined the programme, bringing together a rich diversity of professional backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
The new students were warmly welcomed by Professor Salvatore Di Falco, Dean of the Faculty, who officially opened the academic year. In his address, he highlighted the importance of developing leadership skills rooted in responsibility and self-awareness, two essential qualities for navigating today’s increasingly complex business environment.
Over the next two years, participants will embark on a challenging and enriching learning journey, combining academic knowledge, practical insights and exchanges with fellow professionals. Built around the two key pillars of Responsible Leadership and Self Leadership, the EMBA UNIGE programme encourages students to reflect on their leadership practices, broaden their perspectives and develop the skills needed to address global business challenges with integrity and impact.
Beyond academic learning, the programme also offers a unique opportunity to build lasting connections, share experiences and learn from the diversity of an international cohort.
We warmly welcome the Class of 2026/2027 and wish all participants an inspiring and transformative journey, both personally and professionally!
