Company representatives and EMBA graduates/students will harness their intelligence, experience and values to explore what servant leadership and self-leadership mean and discuss how leadership styles can drive sustainable success, cultivate values-driven cultures, and navigate ethical challenges.
The participants will discuss the impact on employee engagement, the role of diverse cultural and the generational perspectives in leaderships on 27th of March at the Hive Innovation Lab in Meyrin. Round tables, a debate facilitated by Melissa Pitotti and 10 alumni, and a cocktail dinner will be on the menu of this intense, rich, and exciting meeting.
