His credo: developing the company means promoting the skills of its employees and allowing them to create an adequate framework to bring out their collective intelligence.
It’s not always easy, it’s always different, we move slowly at the beginning, there are a lot of fears to overcome and it’s not a foregone conclusion. But in the long term, it is the only winning, ethical and sustainable path.
Three pillars to my actions:

Business expertise and corporate culture are still in the company, you just have to respect them and integrate them at the right level.
