Talent Synergizer Event 2026: Strengthening Resilience in Times of Uncertainty

On March 19, 2026, the University of Geneva’s EMBA community gathered at the Hive Innovation Lab in Meyrin for a new edition of the Talent Synergizer, an event bringing together students, alumni, and organizations shaping the region’s economic future.

Organized by the Geneva EMBA, with the support of the EMBA Alumni Association and the Fondation pour l’attractivité du canton de Genève (FLAG), the event welcomed around 70 participants and 30 leading organizations. This year’s theme, “Navigating Uncertainty: Strengthening Resilience in a Shifting Economic Landscape,” set the tone for an evening of focused, peer-level dialogue.

The event opened with remarks from Gilbert Ghostine, President of FLAG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sandoz, who shared insights drawn from his extensive international leadership experience. The program continued with roundtable discussions, a debate facilitated by Melissa Pitotti alongside 10 alumni, and a networking cocktail, fostering meaningful exchanges across sectors and roles.

Participants had the opportunity to:
– Exchange perspectives on leadership and resilience
– Challenge assumptions in a rapidly evolving economic environment
– Strengthen connections within the EMBA and regional business ecosystem
