On March 27, 2025, the Geneva EMBA gathered more than 60 Executive MBA students and representatives from 30 leading companies for the annual Talent Synergizer event, held at the innovative Hive Innovation Lab in Meyrin.
This year’s theme — Self-Leadership vs. Servant Leadership — sparked rich and thought-provoking discussions during a series of roundtables moderated by EMBA alumni. Participants explored how leadership styles influence sustainable success, employee engagement, and ethical decision-making in an increasingly complex business environment.
The evening, organized in partnership with the Foundation for the Attractiveness of the Canton of Geneva (FLAG), offered a unique opportunity to bridge academic insight with real-world expertise. It also reinforced the Geneva EMBA’s role as a key connector between talent and Geneva’s vibrant economic ecosystem.
