The Alumni EMBA UNIGE Association, created in 2022, brings together graduates of the University of Geneva’s EMBA and IOMBA programs with the purpose of strengthening long-term connections, supporting career development, and promoting the value of the EMBA degree. Its mission is to build a dynamic, engaged, and mutually supportive community that bridges alumni, current students, the GSEM, and the business ecosystem.
Since its creation, the association has steadily expanded and now aims to gather more than 2,000 alumni. Led by a committed seven-member committee, it focuses on fostering professional and personal networks, encouraging knowledge exchange, and supporting impactful initiatives that contribute to lifelong learning and leadership development.
To fulfill its mission, the association operates through several volunteer-driven Chapters, including Career Coaching, Marketing, MBA Awards, Candidate Selection, Self-Leadership, Social Events, and Talent Synergizer. Each chapter plays a key role in enriching the alumni experience and strengthening the connection between education and the professional world. Additional chapters are already in preparation to further expand the association’s impact.
With a growing community and new digital tools soon to be launched, the Alumni EMBA UNIGE Association continues to evolve as a vibrant platform for collaboration, networking, and the promotion of the EMBA spirit.
