Talent Synergizer brings together Geneva EMBA students, alumni and organizations shaping the region’s economic future for an evening of focused, peer-level dialogue. Organized by the Geneva EMBA, with the support of the EMBA Alumni Association and Fondation pour l’attractivité du canton de Genève (FLAG), this invitation-only event creates a space to exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions, and make sense of disruption together – across sectors, roles, and organizational realities

This year’s theme will explore navigating uncertainty: strengthening resilience in a shifting economic landscape.

We are honored to welcome Gilbert Ghostine, President of the Fondation pour l’attractivité du canton de Genève (FLAG), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sandoz, Chairman Nominee of SGS SA, and member of the Boards of Directors of Danone and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Drawing on his extensive leadership experience, including his tenure as CEO of Firmenich, he will offer a brief opening to frame the evening and share his reflections and testimony on 19th of March at the Hive Innovation Lab in Meyrin. Round tables, a debate facilitated by Melissa Pitotti and 10 alumni, and a cocktail dinner will be on the menu of this intense, rich, and exciting meeting.
